Aubrey Cimring

Aubrey qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 1995. After beginning his career as an equity analyst, he joined Discovery Holdings—South Africa’s leading life and health insurer—as Head of Finance and a member of its Executive Committee, during a period of significant growth.

He later spent six years with Massmart Holdings, the country’s largest listed general merchandise retailer, transitioning from finance into general management. He ultimately served as Managing Director of Builders Warehouse, South Africa’s largest home improvement retailer, and sat on the Massmart Group Executive Committee. Throughout his 15-year corporate career, Aubrey also chaired several major group pension and insurance plans.

Since 2008, Aubrey has been a partner in a life insurance and investment MGA in the Greater Toronto Area. He is a licensed and highly qualified mutual funds advisor who shares with Mark a commitment to continuous learning and exceptional client service.
